With a certificate in Accounting and Finance from McGill, and a diploma in graphic design from École Brassart in France, Yannick is passionate about numbers. Curious, he is constantly seeking to hone his skills. He obtained his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2023, during which time he also acquired his RIS (Responsible Investment Specialist) designation, and his CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst) in 2024. He has obtained his Financial Planner designation in August 2026 and can now focus on continuing developing web applications to perform financial and tax analysis in his free time.

A native of Mauritius, Yannick worked for several years in the advertising industry before making the leap into finance in 2018. Among other things, his creative side is behind our beautiful Christmas cards and various marketing mailings. He's also a fan of photography, 50s movies and calculators.
